We have free UK shipping on all orders over £70.00

UK – Royal Mail Tracked dispatched within 2-3 days £3.95
UK – Next day delivery for orders placed before 12pm Monday Friday £8.45

International delivery for Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States – we charge a flat rate of £12.00

Deliveries to Ireland – we charge a flat rate of £6.00

Returns

At Nunuberry, we understand that products may need to be returned or exchanged as they might not be right for you. If you would like to request a return or exchange on our products, please email info@nunuberry.co.uk with your order number for authorisation.

Please return all unwanted products in an unused condition to Nunuberry within 28 days of dispatch. All products that you would like to return must be in a new, unused form with original packaging where applicable. Any returns that do not meet Nunuberry policy will not be accepted and shall be returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the payment of the postage for shipping the returns. Nunuberry will not pay for postage cost unless the products are faulty. Should a product be faulty, please provide proof to info@nunuberry.co.uk with your order number. Please ensure you have proof of postage on your return package.

Once Nunuberry has received your returned products, we will endeavor to process your returns within 14 working days.
